Decisions in Paradise Paper: Part II
Making decisions in life is hard within itself let alone trying to make decisions that will better an organization however, decisions need to be made and thought through so that the decision made is the most preeminent for the problem. When you have to make a choice and don't make it, that is in itself a choice (James, 2010).

We can assume that adding emotions is not apart of the decision making model chosen for our company. Perceiving that this model is best for us is solely based on how the model is presented. The breakdown of the model allows every aspect and detail of a decision to be appropriately evaluated. Kaiser Permanente is in the business of healthcare for that reason we have an obligation make our patients feel like family and well taken care of. This model allows our organization to present a problem and step by step deal with any details or surprises that may arise.
Solutions Impact
Expanding our business to Kava will most definitely bring on many challenges and hurdles, but having a plan in place will help us navigate through whatever obstacles come our way. Having solutions to difficulties will tolerate are transitioning development to run smoother. Our solution impacts are straight forward. We do realize that developing and building a new hospital will be foreign to the people of...
