OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the proposed project are as follows:
* To advise on the necessary steps to successfully convert the existing Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated into a transparent facility. With this we would be able to:
* Promote and improve client/consumer relationships with the aim of expanding their trademark.
* Use this transformation concept as a sales and marketing strategy
* Stimulate Charlotte's economy by making it one of the main attractions in Charlotte, NC.
* Accelerate, if possible, the use of new bottling concepts in order to have the least amount of environmental impact as well as help meet and exceed their sustainability goals.

In addition, through effective team dynamics, the group will be able to learn advanced team mechanics, time management, and scheduling techniques such as Ghant charts to ensure on time deliverables, and further develop soft skills alongside social group interactions.

PREVIOUS WORK OR LITERATURE SURVEY
The Volkswagen factory in Dresden, Germany [2] is the perfect example of transparent manufacturing facility. They have successfully implemented the transparency to their assembly lines, workstations which have transformed their business completely which not only attracts their customers, but also making it one of the modern technological marvels of today’s world.
Forecasting the consequences of making the Coca-Cola Bottling a transparent facility within the workforce of the company as well as on the customers and using them to achieve desirable outcomes would be the major theoretical underpinning. The Volkswagen shows effects of transparency facility on the marketing and branding of the company serving as theoretical benchmark for the companies considering making their plant transparent.
METHODOLOGY:
Identifying and exploring the different steps to be taken into account into any project is the base to transform an existing bottling company into a transparent one. The identified process includes: Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, Project Closing.
PROJECT INITIATION
Team formation and project planning: In this phase of the project we were able to organize our team and assign tasks that lead us to be able to identify our goals and objectives, develop some ideas for strategies and plans to tackle and achieve objectives. We were also able to do some research on previous similar work; this helped identify the main key points we need to have into consideration throughout the project. All the findings of this stage of the project were presented to the class in our proposal.
Kick off meeting with client and sponsor: During this stage, we were to gather a list of potential consulting firms to perform the bottling company re-design implementing our transparent concept in a reliable, efficient and safe manner. We were able to find a couple of companies and narrow down our research of consultants, our original plan was to...
