Depending on the employees role, training can be significant because it can help an individual learn more about the position they hold, such as the way they perform, and how they understand their role. Sometimes people are in positions but it does not mean they fully understand their responsibilities. Therefore they may require more education or training in their field of study so they can grasp the concept that is necessary for them to perform their functions. Training also helps with actual situations that may occur in the work place in order to be more efficient and productive as an employee. Training provides the employee with the necessary tools a person needs to have confidence and independence that display quality leadership skills. When an employer provides training sessions for employees at a health care facility it will enable the health care professional to know what is expected from them in the work place so that everyone will be in compliance. Training is good for employees because it helps control the work flow of an organization when other employees are absent. Training other employees can also lead to advancement for employees who want to be promoted to other positions. Many employee look for advancement in companies so they can receive more skills and development as well as company raises.
Some companies provide their employees with more education so they can advance in the company. Although employees sometimes have degrees their education might not be enough to help them advance in a company. So they get more education by working for a company that will pay for them to go to school.
