Some cases tend to be seen that students are not good when rated by their performance but looking or rating themselves seems that they are quite not bad at it and the researchers identified that enrollees decrease as students go in their higher year. By that the researchers made a connection of the learning competencies and the performance of the student, with that idea comes up with the study in which we can assess on how well the student work on their study. We use a non-probability sampling in which we look an easy connection to our study that in such cases can really relate to the students. As a result the College of Engineering and Technology of third year students will be the center of our study in connection to their learning competencies and performance in their common subjects. As the researchers, thru the process of our study and as we try to found out the result whatever it will be can help us and can gain us the information we gather to help the students that we will handle in the future generation, on how to handle and to consider more to their learning competencies and their performance.
