One of the biggest invention in the world is social media. A tool that changed our society and the way we communicate with others. The aspects of social media both have a positive and negative impact on life. Websites such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter has made it easier for people to communicate with other people all over the world. This concept is not even the biggest dilemma in relationships in the social media world. Social media made it possible for people to start relationships without needing to physically meeting them. This concept is called "online dating". The negative effect of online dating is that sometimes people advertise a false identity. MTV even came up with a show called "Cat Fish", which promotes about individuals that may think that their significant other that they met online and never in person may be providing a false identity.
"Status" is the most important aspect of social media. As sad as it sounds, not only teens but adults as well care too much on what they manifest on their profile. Users normally create pages that represent them in some way by either posting pictures of themselves or with their friends. By posting a picture, you are allowing other users to comment whatever they want. Now here is where another danger in social media begins. A little concept called cyber bullying. Before the internet became famous, the bullying that kids received in school would end as soon as they went home. Bullying nowadays never ends.
