Projects come in many different sizes depending on the requirements of the particulars needed to complete a project. There are small projects that require very little organization. Within a small project there may be a primary sponsor, project manager and a project team. Then there are larger projects, there is more involvement. Reorganize any two (2) roles at TriHealth that result in shared responsibilities and then state why you chose those two roles.
One role that shares responsibilities is the project leader. The project leader role is needed to be reorganized. The Sponsor and the Project Leader are feeling the need to discuss the Project Leaders role. The project leader may need additional assistance to assist the project success and to help out with the responsibilities needed to delegate to others their expertise in a particular area. The project leader should have effective communication skills. “Reorganization of the Project leader role. As a leader having wealth of opportunities available to develop your leadership abilities, would be one of the things that should be willing to monopolize on without hesitation. The development plans should be shape. It is important to evaluate the roles of others” (eCornell).
I also see that the Core Team Members should attend meetings for the duration of the project. They should work directly with the Stakeholders. I choose Project Leader and Core Team Members due to the fact that they are the most important people in the project. They are the one that does the most communicating with everyone in the project. The Core Team members are a small group of people who are on the project from the start to the finish and they jointly work with the project manager making many decisions and they carry out many project activates” (Kloppenborg, Nkomo, Fottler & Mcaffe, 2012 p. 74-75).
Suggest the short-term and long-term effects on the company with roles being shared among employees.
The leadership is the most important aspect of any company. It is up to the leaders and how they share roles among employees which causes the short=term or long term effects. Leaders are the one that make the strategic decision tat are the most critical to the success of the organization. The leader of the organization should ensure that the potential is in the employees to be developed. The leadership responsibilities are a shared role and making the employee work more rewarding. The leader of the organization should ensure that the potentials are in the employees to develop. Enrich and get the best results.
