Project Outline

The organization that will be the topic of my discussion is a company that has contracts to design and
make body armor for government and civilian personnel. The organization is BAE Systems and they are
located in Jacksonville FL. The company has many products that are sold domestically and

The scholarly sources that I will be using will
come from the DeVry Library. The scholarly sources that support my analysis will be gathered from
different sources within the library. I will be conducting information on evaluating reward systems and
their impact on performance.

IV. Analysis of Problem
The company has not really looked at the importance of having an incentive program that will enhance
the quality of work that each employee does on a daily basis. Each employee that has been involved
with the improvement of the process and who has been extremely faithful to the company should be
rewarded extra for their hard work and dedication to the job.
V. Possible Solutions
* First there should be a change in the company policy that states that each employee that has perfect
attendance, and comes up with a better way to improve our normal production will be rewarded as
such. Perfect attendance recipients will have a special dinner and extra pay for the year added to their
final check, and employees that come up with a better way to do a job will also be rewarded with a
check and other incentives that will be discussed with the staff.
* Second every year after the first one where you had perfect attendance your pay will increase
depending on how much you make per year, this is a policy that will implemented across the board for
all production employees and staff.
* Third if you have perfect attendance for more than ten years straight you will be awarded with a special
gift from the President of the company, along with a dinner for you and a special guess.
