1. Customer Service is anything we do for the customer that enhances the cutomer experience.
2.Five example of cutomer service are:easy return policy , excellent follow up , on time deleivery , call in customer by name,and well experience structure .
3. Five need of evry customer :Good Service , Good price , good quality , good action , well good appreation.

5.Technology make customer services easier by faster service nowing where the bussiness is and also can look up the business, better timing for bussiness, with the development of internet facebook, twitter, yahoo, google, and more as made it easier for customer external and internal bussiness owner better over all customer linkage between each other.
6.When a customer pay his or her money the expect goodservice for the dollar one example is Johnn pay 6000 a night at Hilton he not only expected good service but excleenent service and the best, a other eg: if John want to go to the bathroom he doesnot want to be point in the direction he want to be led and accompanies to the bathroom.
7. No it is not because the customer future money and investment go with the peputation go with the customer as well and we can stop future bussiness from going there and if the person is a King or Queen so the historic figure of customer can go away with the investment.
8. The way in which you can become a better customer is by telling people of the good service you receive or if internal you can service the customer with great respect pleasure graduates or honor and give a nice comment on the good service and come back again for service.
9.In my own word a customer service is when you enlightement customer to give good and proper new sufficent service which the have never gottoen before in the life and keep up living up to that expectations .
10.Contentment is a feeling of full stafictory all so can mean a knowlegement of reaching full capabiltily of customer satisfaction.
