In 2014 400% of the federal poverty level will be roughly $46,000 for individuals and $93,500 for families. Open enrollment for the ObamaCare Health Insurance Marketplace is from October 1st, 2013 to March 31st, 2014, but you don't have to wait to see if you are eligible for financial aid. Apply today at healthcare.gov to see if you are eligible for cost assistance. Insurance purchased before December 15th, 2013 starts as soon as January 1st 2014.
