Análise do filme “O que você faria?”
O objetivo do trabalho é a análise de “O que você faria?”, filme dirigido por Marcelo Piñeyro baseado na peça teatral “El Método Grönholm”. A obra mostra duas realidades: a de dentro da empresa, onde há um processo seletivo em que os candidatos estão sujeitos às regras e imposições da corporação; e a do lado de fora, na qual manifestações populares contra as políticas monetárias mundiais ocupam as ruas. A partir disso, por diferentes pontos de vista, as principais vertentes abordadas na história são a globalização e o capitalismo.

A seleção é baseada no método Grönholm que consiste em jogos psicológicos que buscam atingir o ponto fraco de cada participante, testando seus limites como critério de eliminação. Os candidatos não podem contestar as regras do processo, evidenciando a contradição entre o que é pregado pelo capitalismo e o que de fato ocorre.
Outra metáfora apresentada no filme é a de que no mundo globalizado capitalista estamos em uma constante competição, na qual o mínimo deslize é suficiente para que você seja eliminado. Esse aspecto é exemplificado com a reprovação de cada candidato quando suas ideias não condizem com a filosofia da empresa ou quando seus limites são ultrapassados. No caso de Julio, sua denúncia contra a antiga empresa que trabalhava fez com que tivesse uma imagem negativa para a Dekia. Já Ana não teve poder de persuasão e foi abalada com comentários sobre sua idade. Enrique não soube lidar com a pressão e se mostrou uma pessoa em que não se pode ter confiança. E Fernando, não soube como agir diante de uma situação em que um de seus pontos fracos, a falta de domínio em outras línguas, foi requerido.
Aos dois últimos finalistas, Carlos e Nieves, foi posta à prova a confiança supostamente proveniente de um relacionamento passado. Induzidos pela empresa, seus objetivos finais eram provocar a desistência um do outro. Nieves, mesmo tendo a vitória em suas mãos, guiada pelo sentimento, acabou sendo enganada por Carlos que conseguiu o emprego. O final do filme mostra o poder que o capitalismo tem de corromper as pessoas, pois Carlos mesmo tendo conseguido o emprego e alcançado seu objetivo, mostrou todos os seus defeitos e falhas.
