I am going to talk why organisations use verbal and written information, and also what the benefits are of those two.
I’ll also talk about the reason organisations uses internal and external sources of information, and what the benefits of those two are as well.

As email communication continues to expand as a form of written business communication, Primark are increasingly looking outside sources for assistance in email management.
2. Letters and memoranda:
Business letters like the one Primark uses can help promote their business image by communicating with the outside world. Business letters are more formal documents, in comparison to memoranda, and it can also be used to apply for jobs or deliver information. Business letters are and should be constructed in standard letter format, this includes the date, address, salutation, and closing.
A memorandum is an internal form of communication and is intended for quite short massages between members of staff. Employers and employees mainly use memoranda to communicate information about current projects, changes in business procedures or other internal topics. Memoranda can also be used to confirm in writing what has been agreed verbally. Reports help communicate new information, analysis of data or research or recommendations for future decisions. Unlike a letter, there is no complimentary close and memos and not normally signed unless they are being used to authorise payments. Memos do always have a title and it is common to use simple bullet points in the text.
Fax are used by organisations that needs to send copies documents quickly to clients or business colleagues, even though businesses like to email, there are still businesses that use fax.
A report is very common nowadays; it’s a style of written communication in the business world. Businesses normally use It is a formal reply to a task that has been set or investigations that an employee has undertaken. For example, your manager might ask you to investigate the efficiency levels in the production department and to make some recommendation for what need to be improved.

1. Face to face:
When there is an issue in any businesses and it requires a decision, a simple 5 minute conversation could be very affective. There reason businesses people use face to face are because it’s easier and effective than sending email, fax or sms. Business people use face to face because it’s better to understand each other and the message are more easily explained by doing face to face
The most common reason businesses use meetings, is to discuss something regarding the business. It could be a new idea, a new opportunity, a problem, or simply to reach a decision about something or any number of things. But it all comes down to discussion and face to face interaction.
There are many businesses that use telephone, but many businesses now rely on mobile phones and digital voice technologies to stay in touch with customers and colleagues.
