Odwalla over the years has been known for their high standards when it comes to preserving nutritional and savoury products. Mr. Williamson, as a representative of Odwalla, must quickly and accurately respond to the connection between Odwalla fresh apple juice and the E. coli viral incidents brought forward by the Washington State Department of Health.
Apologize: President should issue a press release and hold a press conference to publically take responsibility and express grave concern for the illnesses and death caused by consumption of Odwalla products.
Reimbursement: Chief Financial Officer should offer to cover medical expenses and other intangible expenses related to health concerns for the victims and their families.
Address The Crisis: President should attend all solicited interviews, answer all questions about contamination incidents and address strategic solutions
Keep The Community In Mind: Information Manager should develop a website to outline details of the incident, offer specific dates and times of press conferences and address a tactical plan of action
