As a quality and a process improvement professional in a health care non-for-profit organization, I strive toward improving quality outcomes through applying my capacity to recognize and understand changes to our operational system, with the approach from the human side of variation. One of my biggest strengths is the ability to spot gaps in current process or practice and utilize data to lead the change.
The framework, “MBA Matrix”, which University of Phoenix has constructed, is organized in a way to provide me with knowledge of core competencies in the business. The objectives listed not only include business skills, such as economics, marketing and finance, but also provide me with equally important soft skills, such as communication, teamwork and leadership. The skills acquired through this program will enable me to develop my career and stay competitive among my peers and other organizations.
