Fooddols (FOOD Delivery OnLine Services) is an online food delivery service company located in the greater Manchester/Hooksett area. The mission statement of the company is as follows:
"We keep our community happy - We pledge to deliver a fast, clean and exceptional experience to your doorsteps, on time all the time. Stay with us and enjoy home based dining theatre”.
This mission statement will be achieved in 3 parts: specialized services to customers, treating our employees well, and focusing on community building.

The type of management structure in place at Fooddols makes it so that if one member is not pulling their weight or if they decide to become unvested in the company, then it can lead to mismanagement, which would be a weakness for the organization.
The last strength point for Fooddols is that they have a well-rounded management team. Fooddols treats employees fairly and gives them the equal opportunity to move forward. They also provide their employees with the best training program to make them professional in their area, which is the foundation of the Fooddols service.

Finance- Fooddols while partially funded by the four business owners, the company is predominantly funded by the Chicago based food portal “FoodDaddy.com”. This is a major strength for the company because it not only makes it financially viable; it is also backed by an already well established name in the online food order and delivery service.
Marketing and Service- Fooddols uses an application/online website to allow consumers a bird’s eye view of places to eat. The application has an interactive map showing where Fooddols delivery drivers are and what restaurants are in their area. The intuitive process and technology available to the end user is a strength for Fooddols, because it increases customer satisfaction and makes them want to reuse Fooddols again.
The speedy timely delivery of takeout is what sets Fooddols apart from the competition. The professional service and transaction process is strength of Fooddols. By cooperating with other restaurants in the region, Fooddols provides a great experience of one stop services. Customers can view the menus of restaurants through the APP and website. Customers that use the APP get to save time and money by using promotions available to them.

Operations- Currently Fooddols is utilizing people that live in the surrounding areas of operation as drivers for the company. One of the challenges that the company faces is attracting competent drivers that will stick with Fooddols for the long haul. Being able to hire employees that know the area is something that is important for Fooddols because it will reduce driver distractions if they are trying to use a GPS. Overall the hiring process that Fooddols is utilizing would be considered a minor weakness for the organization.
The highly suitable location allows Fooddols to provide professional delivery, wherever the location, Fooddols can still provide the service. Fooddols unlike other companies or restaurants has a low cost when it comes to a rent fee which is a strength to the organization.

Human Resource Management- Fooddols treats employees with respect and compensates them well. The organization takes employee suggestions and input very seriously which makes it a major strength for the organization.
