(TSI) with the primary purpose of establishing and operating information technology services and products. EMP, through EDI and its subsidiaries, is an integrated manufacturer, distributor, and bottler of brandy and other alcoholic beverages. The Company's brands include "Emperador Brandy"; "Emperador Light"; "Emperador Deluxe Spanish Edition"; and "The BaR". On October 31, 2014, The Company through its wholly-owned subsidiary Emperador UK Limited, completed a deal for the acquisition of Whyte and Mackay Group Limited (WMG), a manufacturer of Scotch whiskey. Through WMG, EMP now offers these brands: "The Dalmore Single Highland Malt"; "Jura Premium Single Malt"; "Whyte & Mackay Blended Scotch Whiskey"; "Valdivar"; "Glayva"; "Claymore"; and "John Barr"
