The core activities of Gilsam Enterprise will be the production and sale of sachet water and delivering of the water to all target customers at their various locations.

Standard cool properly refined and is without the least impurities and a sachet of water falling from a six meter high will never burst and this helps to reduce the cost of retailers of standard cool sachet water. The chemical content of our water is the best recommended content approved by the Ghana Food and
Drugs Board and a sample of it has been tested and approved.
It does not contain any material which poses health hazards to consumers at all.
Customer survey will be carried out to clearly get consumers of standard cool sachet water actually desire for it.The customers in mind are the general public Owners of restaurants and basic schools.
Standard cool targets about forty percent of the entire market in the industry which expected to grow at a uniform rate of ten percent per quarter.This will be achieved by the maintenance of quality water and services to customers
Gilsam enterprise have a number of marketing strengths which includes: technical competence of the sachet water producers, staff dedication to duty, good network of contacts for potential clients, suppliers and the ability to respond to the needs of the market. Also
Gilsam enterprise is strategically located within the target market and have means of transport which can be used to distribute the water even beyond the GARU/TEMPANE DISTRICT.
Gilsam enterprise have areas which needs improvement, management skills of the core staff is lacking, there is no proper tract records in business, storage facility is in adequate, inability of management to forecast lead times due to lack of proper clients records, there is limited security for proprietors to raise more funds for expansion and product development there is no research and and development facilities for products and the development of marketing strategy .Business is principally dependent on only one production and one sales staff.
There are wide spread opportunities for Gilsam enterprise product, The population of the GARU/TEMPANE DISTRICT is rapidly growing at an estimated rate of about forty percent annually couple with the fact that health personnel working in the area have been in their awareness creation of the possibility of getting water bone diseases in drinking un safe water. As a result there is increase preference for good drinking water in the GARU/TEMPANE DISTRICT. Again production of existing sachet in the area is believed to be under inhigenec condition. Also there availability of casual staff to be engaged as and when the need arises the area has good road network thus making distribution easy and less expensive. Hence Gilsam enterprise found it very expedient and rewarding to locate in that area.
