Identify two opportunities to enter new market
1. To start doing vegetarian option for every menu
There are a lot of customers asking for vegetarian meal. They already have some veggie option for handrolls and chips but obviously it is not enough so they should try to add more menu such as potato cake, salad or rice paper rolls to attract new vegetarian customers.
2. Ready to go meal
There are a lot of cafes near by who provide coffee, sandwich and breakfast menu but there are a few who provide lunch to go. They should have dim sim or dumpling that ready to go on lunch time. This will attract a lot of new customers to come to their shop.
two opportunities to introduce new products to your current markets
1. Add some japanese rice and noodle menu
They already have resource and space such as stove, sink, bench, deep fried and grilled station for fish and chips menu. They should adjust and add more menu like japanese curry don, teriyaki don or ramen soup. They will have variety of menu for their existing customers.
2. Burger and chips
Their is no competitors in this area that sell burger, so they have opportunity to do various option for burger such as grilled fish burger, fish burger, salmon burger to attract their existing customers.
