The first question is “How dose globalization influences the company organization?” The answer is that from the business perspective, one of influence of business is that expanded the market. This means that the company can start sell some goods to others countries, it is not like they were sell the goods to the domestic only. One of example in China car company, JILI car company brought Volvo car company already, because the technology of China is not enough to producing a good car, the JILI car company can learn lots of technology about how to make a good car from oversea and expand their produce skill. The second perspective is cheaper resource. Until the start of the 1990's, the People's Republic of China was largely closed off to the rest of the world. Globalization affects different groups of women using different ways, for example, many company pay high wage for male workers and women just can get low wage, because they think man can do something that women can’t do it. This situation also happened on to Lily before and has been impacted on her working life.

Secondly, we have interview with Davie and ask him about how global financial crisis impacted on his job and how organizational practices or his work practices have changed.
