A leader must be trusted. The team members must accept that the leader will stand up for them whatever the situation. It is only that kind of trust makes people feel empowered, gives stand the courage to innovate , take risks and to push themselves beyond their comfort zone to find success. There are four attributes on which to assess your trust quotient: Credibility, Reliability, Intimacy and self-orientation.
