Lacrosse

A team game, originally played by North American Indians, in which the ball is thrown, caught, and carried with a long handled stick having a curved L-shaped or triangular frame at one end with a piece of shallow netting in the angle.
The rules of lacrosse are different. There are different types of lacrosse. In this case we will be talking about the (MLL) Major Lacrosse League. The strategy for Lacrosse is quite simple to be a good Lacrosse player. The key to being a good Lacrosse player is to use your speed. Also to keep the ball as close to you as possible so the opponents stick won’t hit it and go loose. Another good tactic is to use a lot of passing and that will make you and your team a good team.
The equipment you need for lacrosse is a helmet, stick, gloves, shoulder pads, goggles, and arm protection. These are used while playing Lacrosse to keep you safe and to not cause serious injuries. This type of equipment is required to play in a league. Not having this type of equipment, will not allow players to play in team, since this is a huge part of the requirements.
Teamwork is important in Lacrosse Leagues, especially when playing with competitive teams. Because you need to motivate and help each other to maintain good communication in order to win. Communication is one of the main keys to win, because this will allow team players to have good passing positions and have good strategies to win. Teamwork helps each individual become a better player and a better team.
Lacrosse is a very competitive sport. It’s physical and using a lot of roughness on the field. Overall this is a very fun sport to play in, and the good outcomes of Lacrosse will help you stay in fit and have fun at the same time.
