We will allow our team members to make their own decisions and ask other team mates, the opinion on those decisions, what others think about the decisions? This way it will be a collective team decision. The decision will only be made when all the team members are comfortable and agree with the decision. Through this members of the team will be able to make high quality decisions together and have the support and commitment of the group to carry out the decisions made.
