In India IC performance has been measured on large pharmaceutical companies. Basically, pharmaceutical industry differentiates itself with its knowledge-intensive structures. It is thought to be inventive and the industry is said to be more research focused with due importance on value of HC, R&D activities, product and method revolution and logical proprietorship.
