The purpose of the article is to examine the result of intellectual capital towards financial aspects of organizational performance and what it constitutes of its performance indicator. Influence of intellectual capital on Hong Kong stock exchange, Australian financial sector, hotel industry, India pharmaceutical industry and its general impact on firms are discussed in this essay.
The most famous methodology used was the value added intellectual coefficient policy, where regression models were made to inspect the association between IC and the corporate financial performance indicator.

According to Anon, 2011 Australian financial sector was steadiest financial system worldwide in 2010 and Australia has been graded fifth out of 57 among the world’s economy. Australian financial sector wants an advanced value of education in different phrase like higher interaction between staff and customer to raise competitive segregation policies by the amount of facility and investigation given to consumers so in these sectors Intellectual capital (IC) emerged as central requirement for business development and for defending ambitious profit.
Second-largest financial sector in the world is China despite Hong Kong being a minor geographical area between 1979-2005. Hong Kong contributed to china’s overseas wealth and therefore there is a strong concern to investigate how IC relates with strong financial corporate performance.
In India IC performance has been measured on large pharmaceutical companies. Basically, pharmaceutical industry differentiates itself with its knowledge-intensive structures. It is thought to be inventive and the industry is said to be more research focused with due importance on value of HC, R&D activities, product and method revolution and logical proprietorship. All these characteristics make this business an eye-catching scheme for research on IC.The pharmaceutical companies in India displays similar features with admirable development in elementary infrastructure, variety of goods and technological development.
The generally approved modules as follows in case of hotel business, relationship capital are parted into end- client-relationship principal and so- denominated non-end-client-relationship capital.
Human capital is defined that both perceptible and intangible assets perform as the valence in a widespread variety of situation.

There had been vast recommendation of different IC models and valuation methods to measure IC or intangible assets for betterment reflection of the invisible value not captured in financial statements.
