Disabled Americans will also be a part of GM. We created wheelchair ramps, more comfortable equipment, and restrooms accessible for people with disabilities. We will be conducting a training session on Monday April 10th, 2015, at 6:00 PM ET in the Conference Room. This training is mandatory and all staff must attend. We will speak about different ways we can avoid discrimination in the work place.

A way GM can avoid illegal discrimination is by making everyone aware that this will not be tolerated. We will establish new rules about this matter such as monthly meetings on how we can prevent discrimination. We will also be providing training courses that will encourage employees to speak out. There will be promotions, bonuses and courses for those who want to move up the ladder. The Bachelor of Science in Communication is also a new degree program that we started. This program will start July 10th, 2015. This program emphasizes on making this company more successful and providing more equal job opportunities . This training is very important so please plan on attending. One make up session will be held on Monday, April 17th, 2015, at 6:00 PM ET in the Lounge Conference Room for those employees that are out on Monday.
