Report projects population growth as well as retail sales growth, along with a demand for additional hotels. Such growth will increase demand for other services and products. Also, with emphasis on room types, outdoor or indoor rooms, overlooking the beach.
There is little competition in the same category as Island Vacation Resort. Most existing establishments do not always give customers excellent customer service. Island Vacation Resort would further distinguish itself as one of those resorts that are innovative, top quality, and "housemade."
It will operate seven days a week under experienced management, headed by myself. Along with the help of my seven Managers.
The personnel needed for Island Vacation Resort are the following:

Anticipated sales during the first year of operation are $1, 000000, with projected 20% increases during the following two years.
One of the primary goals of this new resort is to provide value to the customer. Sales strategy is to harness the existing Island Vacation Resort booking system that has been critical to the success of all of the area's hotels and resorts. Room rates for the resort will range from $250 - $1000 per night in peak season. In the off season prices will range from $175 to $$700 per night.
Emphasis will be placed on friendly service that will not only meet, but exceed guests’ expectations. While excellence is hard to define, oftentimes others will define it for you.
The objectives of Island Vacation Resort for the first three years of operation include:
• Exceeding customers’ expectations for luxury accommodations.
• Maintaining a 90% occupancy rate during the peak periods.
• Assembling an experienced and effective staff

Statement of Purpose
Island Vacation Resort will be an exciting new five star 150 room resorts. Guests can choose to have an indoor or outdoor room overlooking the beach, experience sunrise and sunset. Every vacationer wants to relax and lay back and not worry about a thing while on vacation or quick getaway. This resort will be the ideal spot.
