Thinkbox offers renting of room services for students, providing the convenience and ambiance of the place where students can meditate and discuss their group activities with less distraction, spend less expense.
Our clients are the students of the University of Makati who are having trouble where to conduct their group meetings with privacy and less distraction. Thinkbox’s marketing strategy is to emphasize the ambiance and convenience we provide (“Having the best of both worlds!”) and the availability of our services. Students who will come to us will not only going to focus on their group activities; they will also have fun at the same time.
All rooms will be provided by packages including the use of the computer, wi-fi, white board with marker, life cookies and foods. On startup we will have six rooms to provide the services and expect to add two more once financing is secured. To begin with, partners will be scheduling the rooms by first come first serve basis.
The management of Thinkbox consists of co-partners. All partners will participate on operating the business by filling the manpower needed in alternative shifts by the first year. On the next year, we are going to hire new people as service crew.
Based on the size of our market and our defined market area, our sales projections for the first year are ₱2,322,080.21. The change in partners’ equity will be ₱2,662,313.05.
We are seeking an operating line of ₱ 45,333.26 to finance our first year growth. Together, the co-owners have invested ₱407,999.35 to meet working capital requirements.
We plan to aggressively build our customers base through advertising on UMAK TV, social networking sites, tarpaulin and flyers, buddy-buddy system, seasonal discounts, freebies, referrals from professors, expose, sponsorship and theme of the month. The rooms and services that Thinkbox will provide are sure to appeal to the taste of students of the University of Makati.
