Ethics by definition means “a set of moral principles of one’s relating to or affirming a specified group, field or form of conduct”. The way I view ethics seems to differ from time to time nowadays because after taking all the ethical exercises and ethics simulation, I believe it can changes with one’s certain circumstances or on how one thinks what is right or wrong. ...view middle of the document...
My blind spot is that I rely on unrealistic role expectation, where I tend to rely on other people more than they can handle. I do tend to have somewhat expectations on few people in my life, but they seem to disappoint me , therefore I have adjusted on what I can get, and I don’t think that I am relying on them because now I have learned to do without it. My strength is my tools for analyzing problem s in form of tradition, I completely agree with this because I come from a very traditional background where from childhood I was taught to respect and obey your elders, and I very much will participate in any matter if it concerns in well being of my community. My weakness is crisis in form on confusion where I lose myself if something drastically changes in my life. I see that happening my personal life as I got married and moved away from my family, now I have to travel about 10 hours just to see my parents; as to seeing them every day. And this is a change I am still getting used to. My core values are equality and sensibility as they allow me to be fair, unselfishness, equitable, courteousness, respectfulness, kind, merciful and flexible. I am very proud of my values because they have showed and directed on what have in me and can offer to other people. My resultant behavior defines me an ethical person as one with sound character traits and habits of thoughtful reflection where I myself strive for a strong leadership and encourage other to do the same as well.
