Communication is an exchange of ideas or thoughts to a person or a group of people. Good interpersonal communication skills are very important in our daily life .I think this evaluation is an accurate one because by perception, empathy, self adjustment, and understanding others culture and beliefs helps me to have good relation ship with other people. And this test also gives me the feed back about my strengths in my communication.

Use of empathy is another factor to become a competent communicator. So I do my best to place myself in other people’s shoes in order to understand them. I do believe accepting other peoples culture, belief and values are very important in effective communication.

Another reason to believe this test is an accurate evaluation, because I have lots of friends and they enjoy talking with me. If my communications are not good then I will not be able to make good friendship with other people. More over the strengths in my communication helps me to increase my self confidence and self-esteem to continue a happy life.

One thing which I would like to workout through my semester is try to learn others language. Whenever we try to speak or greet other person in their own language, I noticed their happiness and I believe it makes them more friendly and less stressful.

People with excellent communication skills have a good relationship at home, friends, and at work. Deficiency in this can ruin our interpersonal relation ship which can also causes many health problems like depression, tension, stress, frustration etc.
