Firstly, I would like to express my deepest thanks to, Professor Ismail Bin Ahmad, a lecturer at Faculty Business Management and also assign, as my advisor who had guided be a lot of task during this last semester to complete my project paper. I complete the final year project that had given valuable information, suggestions and guidance in the compilation and preparation this final year project report.

Last but not least, deepest thanks and appreciation to Nur Zahidah binti Bahrudin a special mate of mine that give me much guidance and teach me a lot that something new to me to complete this paper and others for their cooperation, encouragement, constructive suggestion and full of support for the report completion, from the beginning till the end. Also thanks to my parents for advice and all of my friends and everyone, that has been contributed by supporting my work and helps myself during the final year project progress till it is fully completed.


This paper provides information about efficiency performance in organization. Basically, the study about efficiency is widely discussed towards bank performance industry. Since then, this study will explain about the efficiency of non-banking performance which is Amanah Raya Berhad. This study will estimate technically revenue, personnel cost/labor, size and net profit that affect the organization efficiency. The aim of this study to examine efficiency and identify which firm characteristic have a strength or less relationship towards Amanah Raya Berhad performance. This study hopefully can give a little information that being used in the future to measure the other organization rather than banking efficiency.
