After you have read the scenario, please answer the questions on this worksheet.

I believe this company will need soon a HR manager who will also have to face the challenge of creating in coordination with the CEO of the company teams to target specific goals within the organization. Finally, it is important for this company to maintain job descriptions updated just for the simple reason that people are the most important asset in a company and it all depends on people’s talent and how well we organize and describe to the people what we exactly we want them to accomplish for the company and for themselves.
