The Cirque du Soleil offers a one of a kind of spectacle, made for many types of
audiences of different cultures to enjoy. The product that Cirque du Soleil offers is an

he was receiving but, they told him to “build the blocks, put in your time, the rewards will
be there” and so it was. The Cirque offer much more shows than everyone else in the
industry even Broadway (Cirque offer 10 shows a week) and because they’re paid per
show at the end they earn more than other places. Therefore, although initially they
offered lowered salaries as they have been adjusting them to be closer to mean as the

Initially the artist that are hired specially children are brought to the cirque with their
families or at least other people from their own villages to make sure they get enough
support and the work in Cirque du Solei is not to hard. to increase the support given to
this children the cirque also brings a lot of opportunities both artistic and economical to
