CHANGE AND WHY WE NEED IT

Change is Inevitable; but Growth is Optional
Growth is the result of a Positive Outlook to CHANGE
If you are not changing, you are not growing.
Charles Darwin said:
It is not the strongest of the species that survive, or the most intelligent,
BUT the one most responsive to change:
When something is inevitable your best bet is to:
1. Prepare for it
2. Adapt to it
3. Don’t be surprised by the next by always looking for it.
Live a Life Of Expectancy…..expecting change.

.so going back to the areas we need to change our life experiences in….
Spiritually I am talking about your relationship with GOD, Jesus and the Holy Ghost.
The Holy Spirit Lives in You, Jesus is your Mediator and Savior and GOD became our Heavenly Father through our conversion, transformation, translation, redemption…
We are supposed to be going from Faith To Faith and From Glory To Glory..a Continuous Change.
E.G. recognizing the voice of GOD. JOHN 10:27 – My sheep recognize my voice. I know them, and they follow me. Expound…….sometimes your mind can play tricks on you…even the enemy in the form of a familiar spirit…..know when it’s GOD and when it’s just your mind or the enemy speaking to you…..
Change the Way we Pray……Pray the WORD….GOD Looks over his WORD to perform it not our fancy phrases, terms, cliché, teas, …Jesus taught his disciples How to pray because there is a certain way you approach the Father..LORDS Prayer…..Change the way you approach the WORD…..we need to Read, Study, Memorize and Meditate.
You see you are what you read, but not just read….do the others…
Emotionally I am talking about your ability to handle traumatic events – death in the family, a family member in prison….a loved one oversees in the Military assignment etc…a family member or loved one on drugs or involved with the same sex….having emotional fortitude is crucial to accepting and understanding change and the need to cope with change.
Mentally I am talking about your capacity to focus, and keep the Top Priority the Top Priority. We must maintain our composure and develop mental stability….Is like when Sister E is leading in songs but the faces of the people are blank and unresponsive and even un-enthusiastic……Mentally I am talking about being able to remain CALM.
Educationally and referring to your sense of intelligence and willingness to learn..not book smart..but always maintaining an open mind….not always thinking the way you know it is the BEST way…or because that’s the way you have always done it is the way it’s going to be.. We cannot be satisfied with where we are. The Bible says David played skillfully…we have to sharpen our skills and make that a regular exercise….How many of us practice other than at church?..don’t answer aloud but to yourselves….The New Keyboard..learning the Sequence…not touch sensitive..etc
Financially we ‘re talking monetary gain by multiple streams: Job, Business and Investments. We cannot be contented and satisfied with our 8 to 5 jobs…if you are you need a Wake Up Call…that job could disappear anytime. …Talk about your own experience….job change sometime are very good….Not only that GOD wants us to be LENDERS and NOT Borrowers.
