Introduction:

Cadbury Schweppes is renowned for its confectionary and beverage brands in UK as well as global brand of confectionery and beverages, involved in selling chocolates, sweets, gums and both hot and cold beverages throughout the world. It was established in 1969 by a merger between two companies Cadbury and Schweppes. Now days it became a global business which produces, markets and distributes branded products in over 200 countries. It focuses on providing pleasure, taste and enjoyment through the manufacturing and marketing of a wide range of beverage and confectionery brands sold to different customers. It does always try to be innovative for better achievement that has never been lost its way. The business environment has a major impact on any business prospects. To run the business successfully it needs to have a favorable and supportive business environment. As the profits is being given to the investors it helps in generating wealth for the overall economy such as funding of taxes, employment creation, community services, CSR and pensions. To fulfill the consumer demand, the companies need to react carefully to its customers and the external environment forces. There are some internal and external factors that affect the company’s decision making policy both locally and globally.

For any company to do business perfectly it needs to emphasis on the purposes and objectives, it sets which will match with the vision and mission of the company.
The purpose of any business is to grow and sustain in the market to achieve success by providing superior product and services to its customers. Cadbury and Schweppes also has some objective and purposes to be in the market and grow and sustain in the long run by making profit by satisfying both internal and external parties. As now a day’s business environment consists of many stakeholders like customers, suppliers, Employees, Creditors, Community, Investors, Government without these parties support it would hard to survive in the market. Therefore the core purpose of its working together to create brands that people loves.
