-What early advances in information technology did Apple Computer develop?
Apple Computer developed a worldwide computer network that connected Apple’s employees, sales force, dealers, and third-party developers. It is now thought of as the basic form electronic mail which connected each segments with each other regardless of location and time. In simple, it was a direct connection for internal company support; intranet.

-What new developments occurred at Apple in response to new advanced technologies, including the Internet?
Advanced technologies have spurred Apple to develop new modes of training for company workforce and Apple users. The means of reaching current and potential. Apple used information technology in its training and development programs through Apple University, which would provide exchanging insights and information between executives and interested parties. Apple also deployed online sales program which allow custormers to make online purchase of Apple products.

-Why did AOL survive whereas Apple’s electronic programs, such as AppleLink and eWorld, did not?
Initially AppleLink and eWorld was targeted to Macintosh(Apple product) users. However, after Apple made a partnership with Amercia Online, Inc to distribute AOL to Apple users, Apple did not need to further develop nor sustain its AppleLink and eWorld, which would be ineffective for Apple users to connect with other hardware(such as IBM computers and etc) users.
