Next, all employees should be mindful that the company encourages an individual-based culture. Every member is held accountable for their personal job performance, following policies and procedures, completing training exercises, and remaining focused on creating a memorable experience for the guests at the resort. Nevertheless, there will be occurrences when it will become necessary for the employees to utilize a team-based culture to complete tasks, assignments, and duties that require the collaboration of more than one individual with the purpose of completing the project accurately and successfully.
The rationale for the mission and vision statement is for all employees and outside individuals to gain a perception of what to expect from the organization such as the quality customer service, an extraordinary vacation experience where the guests’ needs and desires were met above and beyond, and to guarantee the guests that they will not be disappointed. Even though mission and vision statements do not undergo constant revisions, one portion that could be added is a section that discusses the future additions...
