(Bill) Sullivan is president and chief executive officer of Agilent Technologies. Prior to his appointment in March 2005, Sullivan was the company’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. Sullivan received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Discovery.
Gooi Soon Chai is Senior Vice President, Infrastructure and Order Fulfillment, EM Company where he is responsible for leading the effort to leverage strength in manufacturing, procurement and logistics across the company’s business groups. Gooi joined the company in 1985. He holds a bachelor's degree with first class honors in electrical and electronics engineering from London University, and a master's degree in computer engineering from Imperial College London.

Bio-analytical Industrial Development Programme
The Agilent BIDP is a government-funded programme to develop technical expertise and talent in the bio-analytical field. Supported by Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad, this Public and Private Partnership (PPP) programme is led by Agilent Technologies in partnership with Human Architecture Technologies and with the support of the National Institutes of Biotechnology Malaysia (NIBM). Participants will complete intensive 4-month training under this programme, target to develop talents in biotechnology domain.
